Common Questions
Every Answer in One Place
Do you take walk ins?
No. Every groom here is by appointment so your dog is the only dog in the studio. Call (915) 526-8397 and you will be sent a booking link straight to your phone.
Are you a mobile groomer?
No. All grooming is done in the studio at 6437 Sara Beth Place in El Paso's Upper Valley. Follow the loop to the back and look for the grooming flags at the entrance.
What do I need before my appointment?
A completed intake form and a clear photo of your dog's current rabies record. Current rabies vaccination is required under El Paso Title 7, and an appointment is not confirmed until the intake form and documentation are submitted and reviewed.
How is pricing decided?
By your dog's size tier, then adjusted for breed, coat condition and behaviour. The published prices are starting points and you get an exact quote once the dog is looked at.
Do you groom senior or anxious dogs?
Yes, and the one on one format is why. There is no barking room and no waiting in a kennel, so an older or nervous dog can be worked with slowly. Dogs with a bite history or aggression are referred to a veterinary setting instead.
Is there a military discount?
Yes. The Military Warrior nail trim is $17.76 for active duty and veterans, and it stands all year. This is a veteran owned studio.
Do you groom cats?
No. This studio grooms dogs only.
What if my dog is matted?
Light matting is worked out at $41.53 per hour. If a coat is too compacted to save, a humane shave down is recommended and you are told before any work begins, never after.
Do you accept aggressive dogs?
No. Dogs showing aggression, a bite history or severe fear based behaviour are referred to a veterinary setting where they can be handled safely. This keeps every guest and the groomer safe.
How often should my dog be groomed?
Most coats do well every six to eight weeks. Doodles and poodles are firmly at that end. You will get an honest recommendation for your specific dog rather than a standard answer.
Where exactly is the studio?
6437 Sara Beth Place, tucked inside the Sara Beth cul de sac in El Paso's Upper Valley. Follow the loop to the back and look for the grooming flags marking the studio entrance.
